Calling all photographers! We’re meeting at the Swan Island Dahlia Festival in Canby, OR to explore acres of color and practice everything from macro details to scenic frames.

Meet-up Spot & Time:
Gift Shop — 9:00 AM, Sunday, September 21

What to expect:

• Peak blooms with 370+ dahlia varieties
• Casual meetup with fellow photographers
• Opportunity to practice with composition, light, and depth of field
• Hands-on practice with composition, light, and depth of field
• Food trucks, live music, and time to connect with fellow shooters

What to bring:

• Camera

• Lenses: wide-angle, macro, and zoom/telephoto options

• Tripod (recommended)

• Extra batteries & memory cards

• Optional: circular polarizer or ND filters

• Water, comfy shoes, hat/sunscreen; light layer if weather turns

Free admission and parking, endless color. See you at the Gift Shop at 9:00 AM!
