2025 OPPA Annual Open

Print Competition

The OPPA Competition Committee invites you to our Annual Open Print Competition — the premier event of our competition year. This is where artistry, education, and community come together in celebration of professional photography.

Who Can Enter

• OPPA Members: Eligible for OPPA awards and points toward degrees.

• Non-Members: Welcome to enter and gain the full educational experience.

How to Enter

All entries must be submitted through printcompetition.com.

• Members: $12 per entry

• Non-Members: $20 per entry

When to Enter

Entries will open on Monday September 15th and will close on Wednesday, November 5th at 11:00 PM PST.

What to Expect

• Live Judging: Every image and album is evaluated in real time by an experienced panel of judges.

• Educational Commentary: Judges provide constructive feedback, offering insight you can apply to future submissions.

• Recognition: Outstanding member entries will be recognized as part of OPPA’s prestigious year-end awards.

• Preparation for PPA: A valuable opportunity to refine images for PPA’s Merit Image Review (MIR) and International Photographic Competition (IPC).

Categories & Entries

Up to four (4) digital images and albums may be submitted by each participant. Multiple divisions allow you to compete in your area of expertise and explore new genres.
