Gabriel A. Dietz

As an engineer with a background in construction management, Gabe enjoys opportunities to provide a unique perspective, particularly in construction and real estate cases.

Gabe started his career working in house at a California building materials and construction company. Before forming Hoerschelmann Dietz PLLC, he practiced as a solo attorney with a focus on transactional work in business, construction, and real estate. He also worked as Of Counsel to a boutique law firm in Portland, Oregon where he served many clients in construction and real estate disputes.

Clients routinely seek Gabe's counsel in business advising, business entity formation, and real estate and construction document negotiation and drafting, such as real estate due diligence and sales, leases, easements, and construction agreements. Gabe also assists clients in business, construction, and real property disputes.

Gabe graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Masters in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law.
